Contraindication

History of cardiogenic shock (inability of heart to pump enough blood), aortic stenosis (narrowing of aortic valve opening), unstable angina (chest pain triggered by minimum or no activity), severe hypotension, unstable heart failure following MI, and hypersensitivity to dihydropyridines.
