1. How do I create an account?
You can create your account by using the “sign up” option on the bar at the right side and entering your contact details.

You can select the desired product, add it into your cart with the required quantity and proceed to check out

3. Is a prescription required to place orders?
Not all medicines require a prescription. It is mentioned against the product.

4. Do you sell authentic medicines?
Yes. Our medicines are 100% authentic and have longer expiry.

Yes. We offer discounts on selected items as mentioned on the website.

7. How do you maintain and deliver temperature-controlled products?
Our riders carry temperature-controlled bags to deliver temperature-sensitive products.

8. What are the delivery timings?
Our timings are from 9 am to 5pm

9. Do you offer Express Delivery? (i.e. delivery within 2 to 4 hours/ same-day delivery)
We are currently offering next-day scheduled delivery for business to business orders only.

10. Are you operational 24/7?
No. we are operational from Mon-Sat from 9am-5pm

11. What are the delivery charges?
There are no delivery charges.

12. What is the Refund/Exchange policy?
We do offer return/refund and exchange options only if you have the original invoice available . Prior to 6 months near expiry products are returned accepted back from all stores.

13. How do I register a complaint against my order?

14. How long does it take for a complaint to be resolved?
It usually takes 24 to 48 hours

15. Is Iblexpress.pk, a registered/ Licensed store/pharmacy?
Yes. Iblexpress.pk is division of IBL operations hence it is a licensed and registered online store backed by rich experience of logistics/distribution of pharma & FMCG products .

16. Do you have any retail outlets?
We do not have any physical outlet. We have warehouses in nearly 100 cities all over Pakistan.

17. How can I change my billing or shipping address at the time of placing an order?
At the time of check out, you can always change your billing/shipping address before confirming the order.

18. Are your services confidential?
We make sure to keep all details of our customers confidential and we follow the breach policy too.

19. How do I track my order status?
You will be assigned a unique order number through which you can always check your order status on your account dashboard by logging in.

20. What payment modes do you offer?
We are currently offering Cash on delivery services only.

21. Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. The packaging is intact and properly sealed.

22. Do you provide invoices with all orders?
Yes. We provide invoices with every order.
