Uses:

It is used for preventing and treating low blood levels of folate (folate deficiency) and high blood levels of homocysteine (hyperhomocysteinemia.)

Contraindication

During pregnancy as it causes fetal damage to fetus.This medicine is contraindicated in patients with allergy to the medicine’s components.
